Job Summary :
We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to set up, maintain and operate machinery. The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried smoothly and efficiently
Responsibilities :
Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed) Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools Test operation of machines periodically Fix issues that might occur during the shift Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws Keep records of approved and defective units or final products Maintain activity logs

Job Summary :
Our production unit is searching for a fitter. A fitter reviews specification and plans before fitting, replacing or constructing parts and equipment using machinery and tools, while adhering to health and safety standards. Their duties include performing maintenance checks and making, assembling and disassembling metal parts and tools.
Responsibilities :
Analysing the blueprints for mechanical systems to determine the specifications of the components to be constructed. Drilling, machining and milling Manually creating fitting components Fitting and assembling metal parts and tools Checking the quality of finished products Constructing structural components from raw materials. Inspecting fabricated components to ensure that they are the correct size. Conducting diagnostic testing on malfunctioning systems to determine the root cause of the malfunction. Replacing damaged or defective structural components as needed.
